We recommend if it is your first time getting your neurotransmitters tested through Sanesco, that you order the Sanesco HPA lab test, so that the adrenals are included.
This test is done easily at home and then mailed directly to the lab. The results will be sent back to us and then mailed to you with instructions on how to set up your free consultation to review your results and recommendations.
When testing or retesting it is best to discontinue any natural supplements supporting neurotransmitters such as 5HTP, L-theanine, Gaba support, dopamine support, etc, for 1-2 days before testing. Indicate on your lab forms what you have been taking and how long you discontinued.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we can not advise using supplements based on this test. Though your doctor might.
