- Magnesium (as magnesium bis-glycinate) 150mg
- Manganese (as manganese citrate) 5mg
- Malic Acid 600mg
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silica, and coating (hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose).
