Serving Size: 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

Per Serving:
Phosphatidylcholine (from purified soybean lecithin) 650 mg
Other Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Ethanol, Tocofersolan
Recommended Use: Take 1 teaspoon by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to the desired dosage. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Refrigerate upon receipt.
